The giant bump-head sunfish, Mola alexandrini, has been keeping a tiny secret. Its larval form had remained a mystery to ocean scientists until now, but thanks to the combined efforts of scientists from Australia and New Zealand the early life stage of one of the world’s largest fish has finally been uncovered.
